PairWPS button on router when pressed remains amber

when on computer it keeps saying offline please refresh can my line be checked please. Also we want to use an extra plug to use a tv upstairs and it asks to press the wps button is the router old

    I've moved your post to the broadband forum for help with your computer offline issue.   Which hub is it?  Do you have any issues with other wireless devices?

    Is that a smart TV you are wanting to connect to the internet, or an additional VM TV set top box?
