Red power light remaining on , on hub 3

Red power light remainining and hub 3 and losing internet for a few minute half a dozen times over the last couple of weeks . ive tried power off at mains and hub3 , reset hub 3 at rear  , removing all wires and replacing them , the hub has not been moved in years and has a good air flow around it . Help please
