Paying off remaining handset amount

I wish to check and pay off any outstanding amount in my PHONE contract after I have cancelled my O2 SIm contract.

How do i do this as it is still attributed to Virgin.

    Thanks for reaching out to us archercj, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

    At the point of sale of the handset, you would have been issued with a security key via E-Mail, that would provide you with the login portal for all required details.

    Can you please confirm if you have this, or require this to be resent?

      @David_Bn - I have the key. Just need the URL to be able to log on please.
