Paid for diversionary work 11 weeks back not hearing from Virgin diversionary team

Hi 

I am working to get my driveway done but on the footpath there is vrigin media equipment. I have paid 11 weeks back all the sum to virgin media and still awaiting response from them when will they sort it. This is really annoying as after paying so much money still not sure when will I be able to sort my drop kerb as all is stuck due to virgin diversionary  team taking too long and not responding. Has any body else had similar experience?

    We're sorry to hear the teams have not replied yet. Once the survey has been completed, and the amount paid, the teams will work on getting the relevant plans sorted, and any permits required, requested. This can be a lengthily period however the teams will come back to you directly with an update. 

    We're not able to expedite things from here so you will need to wait for an update from the teams. They'll be back in touch as soon as they have one.
