Landline - caller can't hear me
Hi, any help appreciated.
Landline phone usage. The person on other end of phone cannot hear me. Have bought a new phone today to test, and same issue. Previous phone had two handsets, and both show same problem.
Connected to the back of VM Hub via adapter.
Tried different cables, handsets, Tel 1/Tel 2 sockets on hub. Mute on handset is not the issue. Handsets fully charged.
Been like this for 2-3 weeks. Checked VM status and no issues in my area.
