I have recently moved into my property and discovered the box that covers the wires outside is missing. I have gone around in circles and spent hours trying to get Virgin to come out, I have been given an I.D. number but because I do not have an account directly with Virgin they are not prepared to do anything, any suggestions on how to get an engineer out?
Many thanks, I was thinking I would probably have to do it myself, I am with Virgin but via a third party, so no direct account with Virgin just using their equipment which a Virgin engineer connected.
Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss. However, not being a customer, may be the sticking point.
