Omnibox cover gone missing

Hi, after some strong winds these days, the omnibox cover gone missing. I have checked with the neighbours - unfortunately couldn't find it. Can I please ask for a professional engineer to come by and setup a new cover in place? This time in a fixed in place manner?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
