Non-fault callout to move cable and equipment

Hi,

Please could we arrange for a non-fault callout to move where the cable comes into our house? We're looking to move our TV and router to the other side of the room. I've tried calling the number but can't find a way to speak to someone.

    Hi Spyryt,

    Thank you for your post. We can certainly look to get an engineer booked in for equipment move. 

    There is a £25 cost for this. Are you happy with that?
