Sorry to hear you are unable to set up WIFI calling.
As all our services have transferred over to O2 now. There is not much we can do from here to help.
Did you check the helpful information above by carl_pearce
If that failed to work and you are still having issues, You would need to call O2 direct on 0344 809 0202 (or 202 from an O2 handset)
