No service One year after virgin dug up our street

Last year Virgin dug up our street and installed a few wire boxes.

When I use postcode checker the addresses , it is saying 'keep me posted'.

However, later virgin sent me an email saying 

'Great news – our broadband and TV are only a few weeks away from being available in your area.'

Now 5 months has passed nothing happened.

Virgin Media's wire box is only 10 meter from my front door step. And i really not sure why they have decided to dig up the street but not switch on their full fibre broadband?

Anyway I hope someone here can help get the ball rolling with this.

    Are any other properties in your street showing as available under the postcode checker?

    Have you tried calling the sales team on 0800 183 1234 to see if their records indicate any availability, or if they can send out a spotter?

      Tried 0800 183 1234 and they said address not serviceable.

      Tried other postcodes but none of them available.

      Open reach will not lay full fibre until dec 2026 so virgin is the only hope unfortunately.
