No Mention Of Activation Fee
I have just had the 1G installed and all good.
What they don't mention on the call is the £35 activation fee.
Really bad not to mention this, you should be transparent on all costs.

Sorry to hear these concerns about your first bill, and particularly the £35 activation or installation fee. You should have been informed of this at the point of sale if it was a charge being included, and will have been sent contract documents to agree to when taking out services too.

In VM Land there are two different charges, Installation charge and Activation charge. If they don't get you with one they might hit you with the other.
