New self installation problem

Question

Hia all, new customer here.New self installation kit arrived today, followed all the installation instructions as given. When trying to get my 360 to work I'm getting unable to connect to the hub as to activate it all up.They have said it's a technical problem their end. Anyone else been having this issue today? Still awaiting for it to work. All very disappointing tbh.
