New instalation permissions
Hi ive just ordered broadband from you but didn't realise you might have to do work on the property as I live in rent accommodation am not sure if this is possible what permission do I need?

Virginmedia use their own broadband cable from the street and into your flat. They will need permission from the landlord to do this. Some landlords may not want the property to be drilled or otherwise changed. You'll need to ask them.
