New customer

I signed up for virgin media last week and received the confirmation email with a delivery date of Monday the 11th.  I didn't hear anything back and called on the 10th to be told the order didn't go through properly and to place it again with them over the phone which I did.  I was told I would get a call yesterday to confirm everything but again have had no response whatsoever.  I'm unsure what to do now?

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun and ask what's happening.
