New customer
I signed up for virgin media last week and received the confirmation email with a delivery date of Monday the 11th. I didn't hear anything back and called on the 10th to be told the order didn't go through properly and to place it again with them over the phone which I did. I was told I would get a call yesterday to confirm everything but again have had no response whatsoever. I'm unsure what to do now?
