New customer

Hello all. I've just returned to virgin media from Talktalk. Set up the account and my equipment will be arriving on Friday for a quick start installation. However, my wife has just informned mw that she has booked a late holiday starting on Saturday for 2 weeks. so I will not be available to set up within the 7 days of receiving the equipment. I tried to get onto the web chat but it would not connect. CAn I just leave it till I come home in 2 weeks or will I have to cancel. For other rI really don'y want to call if I can avoid it.
