New build
Hi - currently have Virgin and we are moving into a new build. It's on a street where one existing house has been knocked down and two built in place. We are (not the real address) 1A whereas the original house was 1.
The Royal Mail database has been updated but Virgin's availability checker doesn't have the new house.
Got a 'computer says no' response when I called in to see if we could move / get the new house connected... is there someone here from Virgin who could help or get the post code database refreshed? The street is cabled and it's an underground service so want to see if it is possible before I start looking at moving to an Openreach based supplier...
