I have recently moved into a new build property which will be connected to Virgin Media’s network. All of the external boxes have already been installed as part of the build, and I would like to know if anyone at Virgin Media can tell me when it is due to go live please?
If this a new estate, the developer will have installed the cabling suitable for Virginmedia to connect up in the street. But Virginmedia will have their own plans as to when they can complete their side of the connection, which may depend on expanding their network capacity in the wider area.
I'd suggest you speak to VM Sales on 0800 183 1234 to see if they have a projected date.
