My building is serviceable, but not my flat

Hi,

I’m moving to a new flat and would like to use VM. The postcode checker lists all the flats in the building, but not mine. I found this is weird. I’ve filled in the form, but I have not heard anything for the past 3 weeks. 

Please help. Thanks
