They told me that they will direct someone to check if we got real line on the building but I haven't heard anything since .
It is so pity that after a year of time there is still no update about this matter.
My existing broadband contract is about to end soon , I like to purchase VM services but I can't. Can some one take this matter seriously to sort this issue anymore please.

last time It was couple of months ago.
I already gave up trying to reach out about this matter again and again. s
since nobody trying to sort this issue at VM side i think i would seleck and alternative supllier if this is not sorted in a month. Is there anything you can do about this?Thanks
