MY ADRESS IS NOT SHOWN TO MOVE MY VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICES TO MY NEW HOME

my address is not shown in the VM platform to move my home. I filled the necessary forms to register my new address but still no changes so i can't apply to move my VM services to my new home. I tried to chat with assistans but waiting hours and hours nobody responds. 

I affraid i will need to cancel my VM services and apply to different broadband provider if nobody contact with me shortly.

  • They told me that they will direct someone to check if we got real line on the building but I haven't heard anything since .

    It is so pity that after a year of time there is still no update about this matter. 

    My existing broadband contract is about to end soon , I like to purchase VM services but I can't. Can some one take this matter seriously to sort this issue anymore please.

      When did you try and reach out, how long ago was this?

       

  • last time It was couple of months ago. 

    I already gave up trying to reach out about this matter again and again. s 
    since nobody trying to sort this issue at VM side i think i would seleck and alternative supllier if this is not sorted in a month. Is there anything you can do about this?

      Does the postcode checker provide any further information or any expansion plans in the area where your new home is located?
