wrong email adress

Hi, I'm trying to pay latest bill all day, but my email address was wrong when I make account first. For this reason, I have not received the welcome email and the latest billing statement, and I am even lost because I do not know the account number and the area reference. Please tell me what I should do. Please change the email address and take steps so that I can receive the email. (My correct email address: [REMOVED]

    You would of needed to set an email up to make an online account.
