MY ADRESS IS NOT SHOWN TO MOVE MY VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICES TO MY NEW HOME

my address is not shown in the VM platform to move my home. I filled the necessary forms to register my new address but still no changes so i can't apply to move my VM services to my new home. I tried to chat with assistans but waiting hours and hours nobody responds. 

I affraid i will need to cancel my VM services and apply to different broadband provider if nobody contact with me shortly.

    I'm sorry to hear your new property isn't showing. 

    It may be worth calling into the Movers team via 150/0345 454 1111 so they can look into this for you.

    Virgin Media is only available in around 46% of UK homes, as their network is a lot smaller than most other ISPs

  • after 6 months of moving to new address still cant contact with anyone who can fix this problem. 
    i have VM box on the wall of my house but my i cant order broadband for my address because my address is not shown in the VM system. 

    i talked at least 10 cs people who promised to forward this matter movers teams or address check teams but at the very end no one cares so i had to order from someone else. 

    i wonder if VM cares about gaining new customers or not.

    Include a photo of the Virgin Media connection box at your property.
    It may spur the VM team to send out a spotter.

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your installation and the delays, I dont mean to sound insulting with this question but the box that is on the side of your house, is that definitely a Virgin Media services box? Also are you able to supply a picture as Client62 advised? 

    What have you been advised by the team, when you have spoken to them about this?

    as you can see my house has VM box on the wall but my address is not shown . only odd numbers are shown on my street not even numbers. it is too obvious that VM has service in the street.

    Is this a new build house? It looks and sounds like the builder has done his part to allow for VM and OR connections, but VM has only cabled one side of the street.

        Then your builder has done everything correct but Virgin just haven't bothered to install their network. Unless you really need pay TV, find an Openreach ISP and use their fibre.

    And if you want pay TV, Sky and EE have it. 

  • nobody has contacted to check my VM  box and services still. 

    any update there yet ?
