Adress not servicable

I live in Girvan Nexfibre has installed equipment on BT poles and nieghours aound my home can acess virgin in fact most of the town can now have Virginmedia also openreach has also installed on the same poles and agian adress is only able to get fibre to cabinet adsl but most of the nieghbours can get fibre to premise.

Several years ago a Bt tech came out the replace telephone line and advised that the pole that services my home was not shown on his app/map. I am wondering if someone can raise this issue to networks to confirm address servicable as it really appears that the 7 houses ove 3 streets that are fed from this Pole cant order any fibre from Virginmedia or BT

I am aware there could be an issue with servicing my home ,but as this was a complete new roll out install by Nexfibre and BT and the town has never had fibre or cable service 

the fact that there is 8 Poles connecting down the street that all have live service with Virginmedia and BT but not my address would indicate that this and my neighbours adresses are affected by some sort of mix up with the data, my assumption is that the data for all the poles comes from BT and nexfibre used this to plan out builds

I wonder if someone who works for Virgin can help me out with this desperate to get back on Virgin nework 15+ years on the cable network before going back to adsl and you can imagen what thats like.

Also  have called in but just got usual scripted response about not expediting install
