move the installed box
i live in a semi detached hose next door has took out the virgin package the installed box is installed on my side i own my home ive rang up 4 times in 2 weeks been told some one will contact me within 48hrs 3 times i cant make a complaint as the service sends you round in coirles and you cant get past anything as i am not an account holder so the automated phone service wont let you past enter your account number the other services are the same i don do twitter face rubbish or other social rubbish how do i contact VERGIN to move this box or can some one provide me with the correct PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL ADDRESS ill do it and bill VERGIN MEDIA any helpout there for this problem
