Missing surface box lid & damaged cable

We've discovered the lid/cover is missing on the surface box in the street (tarmac) where our coax comes from, and also that there is damage to the cables nearby. The cables are also very poorly buried.

 

Please could someone contact me to get this remedied?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
