Installing Equipment that I have not ordered
Someone has turned up at my house today whilst I am at work drilling into the side of teh house and apparently fitting a box?
When I spoke to the installer through my doorbell he claimed it was to install virgin through the name Sarah (my wife's name). My wife has not ordered Virgin Media, we have no confirmation texts or emails. Can I have a number that I can urgently speak to someone as going through the number on the internet requires a Virgin account or number.
I assume you sent the VM installer away.
You may have a fraud situation that is to do with a mobile phone that is gets stolen at the point of delivery.
