The pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 should be able to tell you a date but there is no guarantee it will be reliable (particularly if the work involves third-party contractors).

I am also from Newton Aycliffe and eagerly waiting full fibre to be made available.
I tried the 0800 052 1734 number but was directed to sales (who unfortunately couldn't say when it would be available, other than in progress for the general area)
Is there any other number that I could try ?
I'm currently out of contract with my current provider so don't really want to recontract with them if Virgin services are going to be available soon.
