I want to join virgin please help

Can anyone help! We moved onto a fairly new build last year. Our contract with sky is due for renewal. We want to join virgin for internet and tv. Problem is, our house number doesn’t show. Our neighbours either side do. An engineer was working on the estate, he came to house and confirmed we can join virgin. It appears that the data base hasn’t been updated. I check on virgin everyday day with no joy. We have a Facebook group on the estate and others are having the same problem. Shame really because they are loosing new customers who are having to stay with current providers. 
please help

    There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. In order to do so I will need a little bit more detail so I will send you a private message.
