I can’t get Virgin Media but neighbours can?

When I check the broadband availability for my area, I find that the house next door has Virgin media broadband available. However for my address it is not available.

i called Virgin Media and they said someone would come over to help us out with the issue.

This is not the case, no one has come / nobody has followed up.

Is there anything I can do?
