Hub light showing red

Hi my hub light has been stuck on red and feels warm to the touch, it seems almost impossible to contact anyone in VM regarding this. I have tried all suggestions I have came across including resetting via pin hole and still on red, hence I have found myself here 

Grateful for any advice

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear about the redlight on your Hub3
    I'd like to arrange for an engineer to attend and swap the Hub3.

    For now can you please make sure the Hub3 is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
