Hub 5 issues
Hi all,had my 1 gig hub 2 weeks and it has dropped Internet every day since sometimes more than once never the same time "random" finally got in touch with virgin and done all the unplug,switch off,reconnect stuff and still happens. Virgin said they will monitor our system for 24 hrs eventhough it went down again last night at 19:22 i received a text from them today saying no issues found 🤷♂️ has anyone else had similar problems.
