Hub 5 issues

Hi all,had my 1 gig hub 2 weeks and it has dropped Internet every day since sometimes more than once never the same time "random" finally got in touch with virgin and done all the unplug,switch off,reconnect stuff and still happens. Virgin said they will monitor our system for 24 hrs eventhough it went down again last night at 19:22 i received a text from them today saying no issues found 🤷‍♂️ has anyone else had similar problems.

    Try checking with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

    Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.  

    Setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  

    Also run a wired speed test on www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results.

    Once done we can comment

    Checking the systems on our side, we can see that your downstream power levels are too high and out of specification. We would need to arrange an engineer to investigate this further.
