Hub 4 blue flashing light No connection
Right where do I start
I renewed my contract via web portal 2am
Just after 1pm internet goes off .
Hub 4 flashing blue light. Which some time turned yellow. Some times green . Both flashing so my rooms like Blackpool illuminations right now
Logging into router/hub shows registration failure
Sometimes it says no RF signal detected .
I have phoned customer services twice. To make them aware was told on both occasions that it will be back on after some tests of the line
Well guess what? It been 20 hour still nothing .
Router has been rebooted many times
Factory reset 4 times
Was told to disconnect Coaxial for 30 min . Rebooted router and then factory reset for a hard reboot. And I still get them same
Apparently no issues in the area .
So is the fact that I happen to renew my contract purely coincidental to my service dying a few hours later. This has also been pointed out over the phone to the service team twice
Gonna be ringing support again 8am.

Received Response to Broadcast Maintanance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities
