I got a replacement for my hub, as the old one wasn’t working.
But I can’t access the hub or the wifi pod on the my vm connect app. Additionally the wifi pod isn’t picking up the new pod. How can I register them?
The problem is that the wifi pod also doesn’t have the wps button
Have you tried the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them. You will need to hand, the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number

Sorry to hear these concerns about your POD and Hub working with each other. The POD's come pre-programmed to your hub, but we can update this remotely if needed! We will need to ensure the POD is correctly paired with your new hub from our side so we can offer further support.
