Hitron down stream/up stream

So my VM business Hitron router has been flashing green on the DS and US labeled areas for a couple of days now. I have also interchanged it with a different Hitron and when that happens DS and US are solid green and then status starts to flash green. I am able to connect to WiFi no problem but then the WiFi is un able to connect to the internet

i have seen that this usually happens when there’s an update but it has been WAY longer than how long an update should take

    The Hitron is locked to your account. You can't substitute a different one. 

    But you may have a connection problem, you'll have to call Business CS. Residential CS won't help you here.

      Yea. Unfortunately it’s through a 3rd party company and they haven’t been the most helpful. Is this something a technician can fix?

        Any external connection problem will need a technician to fix it. That will have to be requested by the account holder, VM won't deal with third parties.
