Hi I have come back off holiday to notice my box is damaged don’t know how to get a replacement

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

    We're sorry to hear you've returned from holidays to needing a new external box. This is something we can certainly arrange for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
