I had Virgin installed just before Christmas and have just pruned and de-weeded my front garden.
There is a giant green hose across the garden, it is not buried in any way at all.
I don't want this in my garden, can someone come and bury it
Is there a way to attach images?

Quicker and cheaper for VM's contractor than breaking into the concrete path to bury the conduit. You won't get any help from the phone staff, but one of the staff here may be able to put in a word for you.
as said staff here may be able to get it sorted but there looks to be enough length to do it yourself if you can route it under the blue bin - a bit of work but you are likely to get a better job
How come that was accepted at the time of installation, i.e. before weeds grew over it ?
