Tried to ask for engineers to come and replace the front cover but have had no luck in being put through. I am concerned that it is now open to the elements and vandalism which is ripe where I am living. After being a good customer for Virgin over 25 years I would have thought they would act better than they have
Damaged cabinets can be reported by telephoning 0330 333 0444 You will need to have the details to hand as this is an automated number ( street name, nearest house number, cabinet number if possible, location according to whatthreewords if possible)

Or via the VM blog, however they will need the address, nearest property, postcode, or what three words, and cabinet number if possible
