Getting hung up by pre installation team
I'm trying to cancel my contract as it hasn't been installed yet, and I keep getting transferred to the pre-installation team but I keep getting hung up on three times. The first two times I was hung up mid transfer, the 3rd time I was put through to someone called Jen, and they asked me some questions and they just hung up on me mid speaking which is so utterly disrespectful.
I'm just trying to get in touch with someone who can cancel my contract and stop the installation. They already delayed me and I'm not happy so I want to go with another provider.
Please help!
