Hello,
I’ve recently bought a flat and have usually been a VM customer where it’s been available. The service checked states the VM is not available at my new flat however it is available at the next door flat which is all part of the same building which I find odd. I was hoping someone could shed light on why this may be the case or perhaps a survey to determine serviceability has not been carried out recently?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
