Failed Installation
Hi,
I arranged to get Virgin broadband, but when the engineer came to install it, he soon realised it would not be possible to install due to the way my flat has been built and advised that I would not be able to get Virgin. He said he would mark it down as a failed installation, but do I still need to call up and cancel the package, or will this happen automatically?
