Ex customer with damaged box on my wall
I'm an ex customer the box on my property is damaged and looks like it is being used to feed my next door neighbour, why is this box not on their wall.

if it fell off or the cable to next door got [axidentally cut/damaged] then things would happen as your neighbor would report a problem - then assuming they have no wayleave agreement to enter your property they would have to wire your neighbor directly to the system not in a micky mouse way as the have it now
but make sure you are in when they turn up as they dont bother too much about legalities like trespass
hard on your neighbor but its about the only way you will get anything to happen
Probably because that was the quickest, easiest way to connect it at the time.
As a non customer you may find it difficult to persuade VM to move it. Your neighbour may have more success.
