Errors, packet loss and drop outs

Hi all. 
recently started having dropouts and packet loss during video calls. Checked the logs and looks like a number of issues (will post below). Please could someone advise?

      We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your internet connection. Our diagnostics on your home network and Hub have not found any issues that could account for the issues you've mentioned. We've run a check on the overall area and there are no open faults which could be affecting you either. 

      Both your upstream and downstream power and signal levels are within optimal range and your Hub is not showing any disconnections in the last month and is averaging a speed of 272.29mb. 

      The hub is showing that's it's been online for just over a month so it may be worth giving it a reboot to refresh things. Please do this and let us know if you continue to have issues.
