Done everything right and still nothing

Hi

I am a returning customer and got my quick start kit today. Done everything right and got a text saying can't activate. I have been onto web messaging and said it would be shortly as she did it manually. 3 hrs later still nothing. Light on hub 3 is white but no Internet coming through....

  • Hia, same here. Was told there's a problem their end apparently. Got a engineer coming out tomorrow if it doesn't activate itself overnight. Have you go the error code 1002?
