Do I have the wrong socket?
I have an old VM socket with the screw cable. I've just received my self-install equipment and it's all push cables. Do I need to get an engineer or is there a way of getting it to work?

Unscrew the short cable shown in the photo.
That will leave you with a threaded socket. The new VM Push Fit cables are intended to fit onto the threaded wall socket and onto the threaded socket on the rear of the VM Hub.
The but is you may have to push hard to get the plugs to slide on.
