Damaged outside equipment

Struggling to get through on the phones, however going to persist to get this fixed…
having recently reported that the virgin media green cablebox outside of Harrier park, has rusted through and toppled over. It’s annoying to see it back on the ground with the temporary fix wrapped around it…
On first instance it was addressed by putting the rusty box back onto the stand and surrounding it with orange barriers (held together with a bit of blue rope). too be fair, I was ‘happy’ with this as temporary repair as the exposed cables were now covered over and no longer a risk.
however, the box has toppled over again (probably/most likely pushed over) and the cables are exposed once again.

it needs resolving by replacing the box.
