Hi, I've just noticed my brown virgin media box front cover has fallen off. I tried to place it back on but the cables inside which were replaced just 2 months ago are quite stiff and keep pushing the cover off. Its either that, or the cover just doesn't fit? Is there a nack to place the cover on, or do I need an engineer?
N.B. In the photo the cover is balanced on the cables.
Try reporting online as: Plastic small termination box / Damaged cover.
Not very secure these omni boxes they are always falling apart.
