Contract renewal
I've recieved a message on my Virgin Media account saying my contract is up for renewal and to look at the renewal offers. There are No renewal offers to view...can someone please help

I've have received a message on my Virgin media account that my contract is about to expire and for me to look at the new renewal contract deals. There isn't any deals showing only upgrade options. I don't want to upgrade im happy with what I've got. As I said there are no renewal deals showing..someone help please

Yeah that's exactly what's happening when I clicked the link, frustrating isn't it. My contact ends November so might of been sent in error
It might be best to leave it until 30 days before your contract end date and go via Retentions. That way you can speak to an agent and explain your needs. Make sure you have other ISP prices to hand so you can negotiate a good deal. Otherwise leave and go elsewhere.
