Constant temporary loss of connection every few minutes

Question

My internet keeps dropping every few minutes. In the logs show constant US profile assignment change. Any suggestions? Some of the downstream power levels are too high, but we really need to see the full log. Also the upstream power levels are too low, which is a contradiction. Probably an area fault with those figures.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web service status page, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.
