Constant red light light hub 3

Hi

I have a constant red power light on my hub 3. It tried the factory reset, as advised, but it never turns white, not even when turning it back on. It doesn't appear to be hot and is well ventilated, and at the moment my Internet/wifi is unaffected.

Is there another fix or does this need replacing?

Any advice welcome.
