Can I get my equipment moved from downstairs to upstairs?

I have just got virgin broadband but the router is setup downstairs ideally I'd like it the other side of the house upstairs instead is it possible to virgin to move this for a fee?

  • Yup. Call it in as a no fault call out @£25 via customer services on 0345 454 1111/ 150.
