Buffering constantly
Hi all,
Why does my internet keep dropping off and I get buffering all the time with the live TV?
Im so frustrated with it

Is your live TV using a VM TV box? And if so, which one? TiVo, V6, TV360 or Stream? https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
Stream will be using your home broadband, TiVo, V6 or TV360 won't be.
Others will be along shortly with more internet tips, but as an instinctive first step - are these problems only evident on wireless connections, or do they also happen with hard-wired Ethernet connections?
The latter would be a broadband problem, the former could be an in-home wireless issue.
